1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 1G spots, 302.9G bases, 61.2Gb downloads

Design: Genomic DNA was extracted from flash-frozen tissue using the QiaAmp or Allprep kits (Qiagen). Library construction and sequencing was carried out using Illumina HiSeq2500 whole genome shotgun v4 chemistry with paired-end 125bp reads, targeting an average genome-wide coverage of 80. Reads were aligned to the hg19 reference genome using bwa mem v0.7.6a.
